First, these jars are lovely. I think they will sell very well, and I love a wide vessel for really filling a room with fragrance, and these definitely do well for that purpose. Just a few things that are worth mentioning:

1. As others have experienced, the jars are very poorly packaged. I was lucky and got out of it with only one jar chipped, but I can see how it would be just as likely to arrive with half the case broken. How anyone could receive these with all jars in good condition is a pretty big question. I'd be nervous about them even if I were picking them up at the warehouse myself. Candlescience needs to fix this ASAP.

2. The jars definitely do not hold the weight of wax listed in the details. 11oz would work if you were not using a lid. 10 is better with the bamboo lids. There's no way these would hold 16oz to overflow. Maybe 12-13oz tops.

3. This isn't necessarily a negative, but I didn't find that 3 wicks were necessary in these jars. I used 2x Eco 10 (with GW 464) as a starting point and that is working great. I didn't try 3 wicks, but I feel like you'd have to go pretty small to make it work.

If these sell well, I will probably purchase more because they might just be worth the hassle. But it's good to know what you're getting into.

Super disappointing for this price point to receive nearly half the order broken. The reason I’m basing my review on it is because they were not padded at all! Ceramic candle holders wrapped in a thin plastic sleeve, stacked on top of each other with nothing in between. Then, the buyer has to waste their time filing a claim with the shipping carrier; even though it has nothing to do with them. I’m sure this will be a long drawn out process and I ordered these to fill outstanding orders.
Now, if I want to reorder them, it will cost an additional $20.80 in shipping and I have to hope they will not come damaged again but I’m sure they will because, again, they’re just thrown in a box!
I do not think I will continue to order holders from them moving forward.
