We did not experience acceleration or separation. The batter was very slow to come to a light trace and was easy to work with. After 24 hours there was no discoloration, and the scent was strong. We did observe a partial gel, and there were signs of overheating through the center. After the cure, the soap turned a dark tan shade with a strong scent remaining.

It smells just like the name. I’ve tried a variety of mint/eucalyptus FO and EO on the market. However, I think I just found my “go to” FO for my sinus relief shower steamers with menthol crystals. I’ll be back!

Smells like what it sounds like

I wish CandleScience carried a eucalyptus and spearmint type, but this is almost as good. It's unmistakably the sweeter coolness of peppermint, like a peppermint stick. Honestly the note is overpowering so I cannot speak to the eucalyptus part but it does smell really good in a candle. Both cold and hot throw are excellent.
