Light Tan
Separation

Lye Water Temperature 111ºF (43.9°C)
Oil Temperature 117ºF (47.2°C)

We did not experience any acceleration or separation. The oils and water were slow to reach a light trace. At medium trace, we began to pour the batter into the mold and did find it was starting to thicken. After 24 hours, we observed there was no discoloration, and 3/4 of the soap loaf reached the gel phase. The scent was quite strong. After 30 days, the soap discolored to a light tan, and the scent faded slightly but remained pleasant.

Absolutely Mind Blowing

This is a must have in my fragrance collection. I just made a loaf of cold processed soap and it's probably the ugliest soap I've ever made (my fault entirely), but the smell is amazing and I will not give up. I know my customers will love it too (ugly and all!)
