We experienced excessive acceleration but no separation. Initially, the batter was very fluid and reached a light trace slowly. A few more pulses of the stick blender and we had mashed potato textured soap. We scooped the chunks of soap out of the pot and pressed it firmly into the mold as best we could. Within 15 minutes, the soap was almost in a full gel and the surface had cracked open. After 24 hours we cut the soap into bars and found they were smooth except in the corners where we did not press down firmly enough. We observed that the soap reached a full gel and the outer rim of the soap discolored to a bright yellow while the middle remained unchanged. The scent was pleasantly strong. After 30 days the soap discolored to a dark tan color and the scent remained strong. We recommend hand stirring in this fragrance at a very light trace.

Love this scent ...though I don't usually like floral scents.

Sea Salt Orchid is one of my favorite floral scents! Please keep in mind that I am saying this as a candle maker that isn't a fan of floral fragrances. However, Candle Science's Sea Salt and Orchid gives me such a pleasant comfort. It's a gorgeous scent that also carries a great CT and HT. Love it! It is actually the only floral at this time that I've chosen for candle my line. I'm also thinking about the Honeysuckle Jasmine for my second floral.

New Favorite

This scent has a great CT and HT. This will stay in my list of top favorites! The scent throws notes of mango which I prefer to a floral scent! I dropped my fragrance percent to 7% and its preforming well.

loved it

Wasn't sure what to expect with this one. In my head I thought it was going to be more floral. But I am happy with how it turned out in my M&P soap. Will order more
