Cold Process Soap Performance

Acceleration
None
Discoloration
Light Tan
Separation
None

Lye Water Temperature 118ºF (47.8°C)
Oil Temperature 105ºF (40.6°C)

We did not experience any acceleration or separation. The oils and water were slow to come to an emulsion and it took a little longer than usual for us to reach a light trace. After 24 hours, we observed the soap had only reached a partial gel and the bars were discolored to a light tan. The scent was strong. After 30 days, the soap remained a light tan shade. The scent had faded slightly but remained pleasantly strong. The discoloration could easily be decreased by using titanium dioxide to whiten the soap. This fragrance would be ideal for a design that requires a light trace for an extended period of time.

By far my best selling soap!

In my opinion, this is the best masculine scent I've found so far! This reminds me of Drakkar Noir. I make Hot Process soaps and this is my #1 best seller! The men love it and the ladies love for them to use it! If you're looking for a masculine scent to add to your line, look no more!

Instant Best Seller!

I originally added this scent to my candle and wax melt line which performed amazingly well. It was an instant best seller, quickly surpassing my long-standing top masculine scent. I use coco-soy wax with wooden wicks for my candles, and Golden 494 for wax melt, with excellent results in both. But the real MVP is the performance in cold process soap. This is such a well behaved fragrance in CP. I had no ricing or acceleration, and it barely discolors, so it's easy to overcome with mica or TD. You will have plenty of time to work with this fragrance and the scent retention is superb. I love having fragrances which I can use across my products to create a cohesive offering. (My CP recipe is Olive, palm, coconut, castor)
